We Cater Community Gatherings and Private Events
The Southern Idaho Foodtruck Association’s (SIFTA) goal is to provide a community for foodtruck owners and a centralized place for the public to find foodtrucks! Southern Idaho is a growing community and the Treasure Valley is a great place to find new businesses popping up everywhere. The foodtruck specialty is no exception, where we once had 2 or 3 foodtrucks, there are now more than 50 in the valley. Many nationalities are represented from Mexican, Guatemalan, Argentinian, Himalayan, and traditional British Fish and Chips. We serve coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert with choices from corndogs, pizza, burgers and BBQ to churros, kettlekorn and traditional Italian Ice.
Find Foodtrucks to Cater Your Event!
SIFTA lists all member trucks’ contact information on their own page, with their menu, photos of their food and some locations. If you contact SIFTA with a request for catering quotes, will will try and publish the information so all our trucks can let you know their pricing and schedule. The foodtrucks do book out 4-6 weeks in advance, so start early to plan and event, and we would love to help you out and connect you to the food and drinks you’re looking for.
Where are the Foodtrucks in Boise?
SIFTA will provide you an easy way to find out about gatherings where more than two of our member trucks are set up and open to the public. We will also let you know about regular gatherings that are planned where you can come and sample the great food that you can find in the mobile food scene here in the area. Many trucks have their own facebook and instagram pages, so follow your favorites to find out where they will be in the Valley.
We are finding locations in southwest Boise, Northwest Boise, near Eagle and Fairview and at the downtown Boise Parks like Ann Morrison and Julia Davis Park.
