Bochi Bochi – Japanese Eats

Bochi Bochi was founded in 2021 by Rhett Atagi, owner of Genki Takoyaki. After serving Takoyaki, Japanese dumplings from a small food cart for 5 year all over the Treasure Valley it was time to expand to a bigger truck and a bigger menu.

Bochi Bochi serves a wide variety of traditional Japanese street eats with a rotation menu depending on the season and local produce available.
